MEET THE OWNERS
DOUG HARNER
Born in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, Doug earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a minor in Marketing from Penn State University. He began his career in property management in Washington, D.C., before transitioning into the construction industry as a Project Manager.
Doug brings extensive commercial roofing experience, particularly on Department of Defense projects. His portfolio includes multi-million-dollar roof replacement projects at Walter Reed Medical Center, the Philadelphia Navy Yard, Quantico, and Tobyhanna Army Depot.
He currently serves as Deputy Director of Construction for a national construction company and part owner of Staghead Roofing.
PATRICK STEINER
Born in Hanover, PA, Patrick Steiner brings over 28 years of hands-on roofing experience to every project. He began roofing at the age of 16 and has since worked extensively with asphalt, metal, rubber, TPO, and a wide range of other roofing systems for both residential and commercial properties.
Patrick previously served as a foreman for a national roofing company and has also owned and operated his own roofing business, giving him deep expertise in both field operations and project management.
